  • Need ideas!

I was hoping to do something nice for my mom when we go to Disneyland this year for our annual holiday trip. Last year we went to the Blue Bayou. Does anyone have any suggestions? And if it wasn't too expensive, that might be nice.
Did you hear about the three blondes who were driving to Disneyland?
After being in the car for hours, they saw a sign that said "Disneyland left" so they turned around and went home.

Get her Bengal skewers for dinner, and then Blue Bayou for dessert.

And treat her to a dole whip during the day (if she appreciates pineapples).

Go the Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast. Even though its a bit pricey, I thought it was one of the more magical moments on my last trip. For two adults, it cost me 54 bucks.

Does Goofy's kitchen sell holiday foods? Someplace that's holiday themed would be great.

Or maybe go to a nice restaurant over by the Disney Hotel!

Or, you can get her some nice Gold Ears with her name embroidered and get a picture with her and Mickey.

See if you can ride with the captain on the Mark Twain.

The Plaza inn at the end of main street is decked out for the holidays during christmas and the food isn't that expensive. You just have to be inside near one of the ends with the huge set of windows. then your near the center of disneyland and can go anywhere from there. Also see if you can get a cab ride on the Monorail or railroad. IF you go on the railroad you will have to wait for engines 1 or 2 if they are running and even then they may not let you if they have to blow down or add water. for the monorail wait by the gait closest to the front and if not wait until everybody gets on the one at the station and then move to the frontgate and ask if you can get the cab on the next one that comes in and usually they let you and it is definately worth the wait because of the big giant window you can look out of and you can also see the track.it is really cool
