    A couple of comments, the quote is referring to WDW in regards to the exhibit with the cows.

    And the Disney CM that came up with the idea was Tim O'Day, who worked for the PR department for many years, and you might recognize his name from some of the books sold at the parks. (Tim started as a Parade Performer in 1976, and retired around the end of the 50th celebration, so over 30 years).
