I hope this is all from one site....

Anyways, if they are, DCA is definitely higher than I thought.

Sad that Walt Disney Studio's Paris isn't even on the list and every other Disney park is...

      Poor park.

Those fools! Going to Magic Kingdom! Don't they know that Disneyland is where Walt's heart is (was)? Come on people, go to the original. Ok, so I've never been to the "World" but still, classics are normally better than remakes. Ok, I don't know what I'm saying, so you guys can skip my post.

Here are the TEA/ERA attendance figures for the world as of 2007. These are the "industry standard" numbers that is used in the Theme/Amusement park business.

Matches the list in the OP

Everland is home to two of the best rollercoasters on the planet - T-Express and Eagle's Fortress. I'd tear down Colossus at SFMM myself, if I could get a copy of T-Express built there.

Disneyland Park IS better, but these stats really aren't about people choosing one over the other. WDW is just a bigger draw as a resort and MK is the centerpiece to it all. It's hard to beat the idea of spending a week at WDW and really not having to leave the Disney grounds while still having enough to do.

It'll be interesting to see if DL can catch up some as I would expect WDW vacation goers will be down this year. Since DL has such strong base of local visitors, I would think that DL could close the gap some.

Attendance and the park's quality are two different things...sadly.

                        Knott's isn't even there.

I wonder when the last year was that Knott's was in the top 10. I would say maybe the early to mid 80s?

Here's the full report, with numbers and analysis: http://www.themeit.com/attendance_report2007.pdf

Somewhat surprisingly, WDS is actually the #10 park in EUROPE. It's got 2.5 mil a year, a pretty pathetic number compared to the 12 mil over at DLP.

For reference, DL and DCA are roughly a 3 to 1 ratio. (14.9 mil to 5.7 mil).

Oh, and nice to see Disneyland had a "record season".
