2017 is a year of renewal for us, we have lots of exciting changes on the way for you, but we don't have time to deal with trolls and spammers. If you find yourself suspended and need to plead your case, you will need to do so after your suspension. We are happy to address your concerns if you made a simple mistake. However, please note that those with a history of bad behavior and pushing our rules to the limit will not be given the courtesy of a reply.

MiceChat offers a number of ways for you to communicate and get involved. We offer Facebook Groups and Pages, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

  • News Got Parking with your AP Payment Plan?

    I just found out today that if you have parking on your AP and are on the payment plan, the parking is NOT valid until you pay off the AP. I asked my lead if the guest could save their parking tickets and get refunded when the AP is paid off and he said he didn't know.

    Just a heads up everyone.

            I have a Premium AP under a payment plan and every single time I've gone since 1/16/09 (which has been maybe 20 or so times), I have received free parking.

            Besides, if you were right, by the time you are done paying off your AP with your monthly payment plan and are eligible for free parking, wouldn't the pass be expired? That doesn't even make sense.

                Thanks for clearing that up...i just got my ap under the payment plan as well..and they never mention anything like that at the time of purchese.

                  Weird. I had 3 guest that came through my lane today. I scanned their APs and the computer would not take it. I then asked if they were on the payment plan, they said yes and I informed them of the situation. Maybe there is a temporary glitch in the system? I just relayed the info I was told though......

                    Unless this is a new change since the weekend, I have no idea. I'm a little nervous about it now, though.

                      Now that I remember..I have a capital P on the back of my ap card and when I asked about the parking she said that stands for parking so I don't think it's true about not getting your parking after you finshed paying.

                        It really doesn't make sense. By the time your finished paying the pass is expired so nobody would ever get to use the parking they are making payments on.

                        Maybe if the payment was NSF or did not go through. The computer picks it up and then parking would not have been paid for. Maybe the same people had trouble getting into the park as well.

                          my parents have there pass under the payment plans and they went this past weekend and there parking passes worked just fine..has to be a glitch

                            Considering that only 3 people out of however many were going through the line, it's likely that it did not affect ALL the passholders on payment plans. Just 3 unfortunate people that are now misinformed.

                              And thats the unfortunate thing. If there is some short term glitch going on and me, as CM are told to tell guest some info that may not be the exact truth bothers me. I'm going to ask around about this tomorrow. Maybe my lead was confused on the situation as much as I was.....
