As discussed in the Disney Business forum, Michael Eisner's last day is September 30th.

So, let's have a celebratory meet! :meet:

Here is the schedule, thanks to Darkbeer:

4:30 PM, start the meet at the Cove Bar at Eisner's California Adventure...

5 PM - A special toast in honor of the end of day business, and the official end of Mikey's reign as the devil, oops, I meant CEO.

6 PM, the end of the Cove Bar meet, and a shift in location

6:30 PM, a meet at the Tower of Terror, where we hope to use the "Mikey" masks to get a special photo Heck, Mikey and Terror go together....

Then at 8 PM, a meet at the Haunted Mansion Holiday for the first day of the seasonal attraction. Heck, those "Mikey" masks should REALLY scare the ghosts!!!!

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Fun! I'll try an stop by if I can. The friends I'm meeting up with for GayDay weekend are planning on hitting DCA on Friday, but I'm not sure what our evening plans are so... maybe I'll see ya there!

              The Original Plan was...

Then at 8 PM, a meet at the Haunted Mansion Holiday for the first day of the seasonal attraction. Heck, those "Mikey" masks should REALLY scare the ghosts!!!!

I don't want to go too late, as the folks planning Gay Days have other events they want to go to...

I am flexible, but IMHO, the three part meet will allow folks to join in as their schedule allows...

Of course, other folks opinions are welcome....

And I am working on the masks..... They will be there on Friday!

I think i'll go to the Studio instead. I wanna see what he looks like walking out with a cardboard box full of cash, a family pic or two and a stack of personalized note pads on top.
Maybe all the people that sued the company and won are throwing him a party?

Hail Ming, Emperor of Mongo! Forever live his legacy. We shall forever remember, and thank him, for the wonderful memories brought to us by endless direct-to-video sequels of the classic Disney masterpieces. We shall be ever grateful to him for building the glorious 'adventure' that awaits us where the parking lot used to be. We shall always remember his mantra, that "cheaper is always better; they won't notice the difference". We shall be grateful to him for putting an end to 70 years of tradition of hand-drawn animation.

Wait, no. Was there anything actually good the man did for the Mouse?

I can't wait to toast off in the second biggest capital expenditure black hole, courtesy of Mr. Eisner - (Go.com #1) .... by saying "good ridance" to that louse of a CEO in what I call:

                        Disney's Corporate Arrogance
"Lets create the cheapest park possible. We are Disney! We can do anything, and fool the public into buying whatever we sell them"

On Wednesday, September 28, there will be a one-off chance to see the (almost) exact same line-up that recorded Viv's album LIVE at The Mint in Los Angeles. Vivian will be joined on stage by Terry Bozzio, Bruce Cornett, Michael Fell, Tor Hyams and Lou Castro at 9 PM. Mark Browne, who plays bass on the album, isn't available and will be replaced by Lou Castro for this occasion. Tickets are available at the venue, and can be purchased through GrooveTickets soon.

The Mint is a good place to see anyone, it's small and just alot of super fun!
Vivian Campbell is such a great guitarist & cool guy! ENJOY!!!
