  • [Question] Chaperone Ticket? Any ticket experts?

I recently received a 1 day park hopper ticket marked "Chaperone Complimentary" and "valid when accompanying youth". There's no SoCal residency requirement or anything like that noted.

It's valid through the end of the year.

My question... will I have any problems using this ticket even if I'm not accompanying any youth?

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure you'll be okay.

Those tickets are designed for adults accompanying large groups of kids(summer camps, school field trips, etc.) I think for every 10 or so children's tickets bought at a special group rate, a comp adult ticket is given.

I once went with a large group of kids, and had a PAP at the time, so I gave my comp ticket to a friend, and we went together at a later date. She didn't have any trouble getting in. If a CM says anything, just say the group of kids you're accompaying are already inside.

I use those at Knotts all the time! But I feel like their security is not as high as Disneyland... Not really sure, but they prolly wont care

We I just used a chaperon ticket like that with my family over the summer and had no problems getting in.

Wow! I've never heard of these tickets before.

That's quite nice of Disney, actually.
