  • [Question] Seating on Splash Mountain

My children are finally tall enough to ride Splash Mountain and we plan to when we go next week... The question I have is since they added the seat backs, does every person have to sit on their own seat back? Or can I have my 4 year old sit between my legs, how everyone use to?

    Thanks!

    Re: Seating on Splash Mountain

I would recommend the back seat (side by side) for yourself and the youngest. Congrats on making the height requirement. In answer to your question the new seating arrangement gives each individual their own seat back.

With the exception of the back seat arrangement that Techskip mentioned, it's only one per seat, so your child won't be able to sit between your legs, in your lap, or anything like that. We can't actually allow you to sit like this in the back either, I'm afraid, and will ask you and your child to sit side-by-side. But every parent I've encountered has found that arrangement agreeable, so I'm sure you'll do fine.

I didn't even know that the back was side by side! That will work wonderfully! Thanks so much for the info!
