[Question] What are these Parade features called?

Please help me with this quick but difficult question.

You see it in Block Party Bash as well as different Special Events.

They are the circular objects w/ fans inside blowing fabric up into the air. Below is a photo.

Can anyone tell me what they are called? I'm desperate to know for a special event I'm working on!

Air Tubes, Air Dancers, Air Flames, Flame Dancers, Air Flame Tube Dancers. You pick, although I 'd go with the first reply.

I'm not sure if direct linking is allowed but if you Google "air powered advertising tubes" the first site is in Irvine, CA.
