[Idea] POTC ride scent in a soap?

Just something I noticed, but Trader Joe's has a Tea Tree Oil soap that I swear has the scent of POTC -- the soap does not have a bad scent at all, it's terrific, but the thought of entering the ride queue area comes to mind immediately when I smell it.

Thoughts? Hopefully I'm not really off base! :blush: If you have some around, see for yourself, and if you're lucky to have a Trader Joe's in your area, pick some up and see if I'm either close or waaay off track...

I'm waiting for them to come out with a soap that smells like diesel exhaust, like the trams and buses give off. That's a smell that makes me think of Disneyland every time.

I'm still trying to find a soap/perfume/lotion that smells like Soarin'.
I keep getting close...then lose it. :<
(And TBH I think Disney could get some money off of making it happen and selling it in the fancy shops on Main Street or Hollywood in DCA.)

But I think I have one near where I live. Gotta see/smell this if we go there again...

I love the smell of POTC

It's a combination of chlorine and mold.

I love the smell of POTC in the morning. You know one time we had the berm bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over I walked up; we didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' pirate body! But the smell, you know, that chlorine/mold smell....smelled like.....victory.

I dont live near California so going to DL is a priviledge and I have to admit the smell of POTC I LOVE IT.....I want to bottle it up if I could!! I would never use the soap but just to be able to take a sniff and trace back a memory............then I would soooo get it!!!!!

oh man I LOVE the smell of POTC!!! I often tell my sister that if they could bottle it I would buy it and give it as a cologne to whatever guy I am dating!

Of all your senses, smell is most related to memory. If you LOOOOVE the smell of POTC, it's most likely only because you had an awesome time. It means the 'magic' was working. When I board the bateaux, the smell in the air (mold, stagnant water) is definitive enough to bring back all those previous memories. SMELL is effing powerful stuff. I would never want to re-create that odor in my own home, or worse, on my boyfriend. But I really feel ya when you say the smell is part of the ride being memorable.



BTW...Do you smell something foul? It's probably Mr. Wiggins! But he will definitely blame the Jonas Brothers!

lol! I'm not the only crazy person who loves the smell of POTC! It's this dank...smell and whatever is in the wayer...it's just a good smell.
