That's nice - brings back memories of my childhood. The place really did have a park-like look and feel then. How I long for the once-great Tomorrowland.

now if they could take a page out of the sports world.
it might be neat if they had the THROWBACK characters around the parks for a week or so? maybe to celebrate a big anniversary? have something like the old-style Three Little Pigs out there. Maybe the Tomorrowland Spacesuits?

Nice idea. But HB, if you are going to go to all this trouble, why aren't you dating the images... the Daveland and even your own. In five years even your "now" images will be old. This will give your project the proper historical perspective. ...just my opinion. Like I said, nice idea.

Mickey--yes, I suppose they could be specifically dated--or at least a title card that generally places them--For the record, the vintage images are late 50s and sixties for the most part and the "NOW" images are last Sunday

I love the "Now and Then' stuff!!
The Mermaids are the coolest... I would have loved to see them in real life.. that's how the submarine ride should be, IMO.

Love seeing how the park was.
And yes, it brings back memories.
The only happy change I have is that the trees have gotten larger for more shade.
Love how open the Plaza Inn use to look.

I enjoyed the video but I don't think "Forgotten" would be the write word to use since some things like New Orleans Square, the entrance to Adventureland to name a few are still there. Just more vegetation. Maybe something like "Disneyland Now and Then" would work better. Just a thought.
