  • [Idea] On My Disneyland Wish List: Jedi Academy.......for adults

Am I the only one who thinks it would be cool if they had a Jedi Academy show where instead of kids participating, it's the adults?

Whenever I watch the show and see the kids, I always think to myself, "If only I was their age and I got to fight Darth Vader or Maul. That would be cool". Also, you could see the adults getting all into it when they fight.

I know it sounds rather corny and geeky, but just my 2 cents.

I think it'd be neat to have one or two shows in their daily run that are for adults. If only for the kids to get a kick out of their mom/dad fighting darth vader...or laughing at them.

I'd love it if they had an Academy for adults, that would be something I'd totally volunteer for.

My brother would totally get into that. And my son would love to, but last time we were there he wasn't picked because he looks much older than the 12 year age limit. That was November 2007. He's 12 now.....

That would be a cool idea, I will be up for it, but it would be kind of boring. The kids are cute and funny to watch when they are fighting Vader and Maul. The adults would be just like, "Eehhhh...... whatever."

                    :joking!:
I can see it now, Disneyland's discriminating the old people. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe I should sue them and retire early? Or get that lifetime pass.
                    :end Joking!:

It would be nice though if older people can participate in the show.

It'd be great if they brought on at least one grown up and then humiliate them (in the most family friendly way).

I've been wanting this for years since I attended Star Wars Weekends in Orlando.

Haha that would be pretty awesome. They could have it around 10 or 11 when (most of) the kids clear out.

I would LOVE to participate in Jedi Academy! I might even go for more than one session.
