Trip Report A day of firsts 9/25/09

Had the day off on Friday so I decided to brave the unknown and check out all the new Halloween stuff. I have never been to the park first thing in the morning and parked in Pinocchio. It was my first rope drop too. Headed to Ghost Galaxy and stood in line for 20 minutes to get a Fastpass. Guess that was a first too. Stayed for the day and got to see Zero and the new fireworks. Took some photos too.

Yes they do. They have been selling white balloons with a color changing LED inside. These are the same with orange instead of white Mickey. Also the clear part has cobwebs. I'm sure they use the same color changing LED, but it just looks orange now. Here are the white ones.

what area was the picture with minnie, mickey, and donald taken in? I don't recall seeing that when I went, I must have missed it.

It's not in the park. It's from the Mickey & Friends tram. There are a couple of areas that the trams go by that get decorated.

Okay, here you go.

Right before I took this shot I got my Fastpass with a return time of 10:15am. Never saw a Fastpass return time shorter then the standby.
