[Question] Wood platforms in PeopleMover station

Has anyone noticed the two wood platforms that have been laid over the PeopleMover track inside the station? The platforms are visible when you stand near the bottom of the exit ramp of Innoventions.

My guess is that they were probably used for spotlights during an event. I just wanted to see if anyone heard or thinks otherwise.

Just a wild guess...

On Saturday there was a guy with a big, professional-looking video camera at the villain meet&greet. If they are shooting video of HalloweenTime stuff for something like a podcast, the PeopleMover station would probably be a good place to shoot the exterior effects on Space Mountain.

Maybe they for reinstalling the lights on PeopleMover Station?

Could this be where some equiptment is perched for the SM night effects (Projectors, Speakers, Lights, Controll Systems, etc.)?
