is there a way to find out what rides will be closed at DLR and DCA during Feb 2010? How far out is that stuff planned?

from my experience mouse planet has the most up to date information on refurbishment schedules. it really only reaches out about 6 to 8 weeks though.

Everything associated with the Rivers of America will be closed, as the RoA will be drained in January.

I beleive it's going to be 2 months. Inital plans say it'll be filled back up in March with Fantasmic! returning in June.

All of the ROA refurb should be done before WOC premires.

And It's a good thing this is happening since the techs will have a lot of time to tweak Murphy for her actual first summer season! )

Will it be filled back up in early March? I might be there the second week of March and it would be weird to see the ROA drained.

We're heading there April 2010, and I hope that the refurb is finished by then. Initially I heard it was supposed to be down for about 4 months, but hopefully it will be a bit sooner!

Maybe, maybe not. But it should be finished in early March at the earliest.

When in January will it be drained? I'll be there in mid-January so I'm hoping it's not dry with no Fantasmic.

January 4th, IIRC. It will be dry through at least mid-March.

They're going to drain it with Christmas celebrations still going on? That's not very festive of them.

I would think Christmas celebrations are over by Jan 4, probably runs through the 3rd.
