Aw, c'mon, guys, it's just one of those unfortunate employee photos, probably pulled from the files by some Disney PR dweeb and given to the press at the last minute.

Let's give the guy a break, he's got just as wide a dynamic range as any other DL President, and lots more than Ed Grier.
