I totally agree. I love Pirates becuase of the intamite attention to details in the captains chamber, and town scenes.

Another great detail I love is all the Main St. ads on the windows, and the fire in the lamps at night =D

I heard both of those. One has a man shaving at one point and he uses hot water or something and the dentist one is really funny too.

Have you had him discover the ones in NOS near the restrooms?

Dr. Horatio Q. Birdbath's real name was A. Purves Pullen. He did a lot of work with Spike Jones and was well known for his ability to whistle and make animal noises (two fine prerequisites for the Tiki Room).

The voices above New Orleans, the random voices in the building at the end of Thunder Mountain, and the hidden Mickeys.

I know theming isn't a 'little thing', but no other park does it as well

I love the detail in NOS... its my favorite part of the park.

Every time we go I notice some "little" something new. That's one of the things that makes Disneyland so special and magical!

Waffle cone smell on Main Street
How all the trash cans are themed per land
How the music always blends so perfectly from land to land
That lovely seating area in what was once "Wizard of Bras"
Atmosphere talent, ie: Trash Can Trio, Steel Drum Band, NOS tap dancer
                            Saturday night swing dancing
Dole pineapple juice on a hot day
                            Walking through the castle
                            The light in Walt's apartment
Main Street windows (cast door being my fav! )
I could go on all night! Disneyland is made up of "little things", that's what makes it so great!

The sound of the Mark Twain blowing it's Steam whistle and bell ringing when it leaves the dock. The Jazz music in New Orleans Square. The sound of the telegraph doing Walt's opening day speech at the Frontierland Station, with the voices of folks on the other side of the tracks. The voice over of the train conductor, "FOR A TRIP AROUND WALT DISNEY'S MAGIC KINGDOM" that part really gets me.
Those are just some of them I'm sure there's more.
