Just saying that you never know what might happen around 8:05 on Halloween. If you are going to the treat, I suggest taking a chance and be in line.

I kind of doubt they will do anything unless it's just for the Trick or Treat party. DCA closes at 6pm Saturday for that.

It was struck at 8:05 according to both the clock in the lobby and the movie.

I'm not sure. But it would be interesting if they did something to TOT on Sat night.

I believe the lighting struck TOT during the late evening hours. The stuff in the queue don't mention a time. Just the date that the incident in the tale occured.

If I had to guess, it would be 11:59PM or 12 AM.

So I heard that there might be something special happening at TOT on Haloween itself. Not sure what but due to the hotel closing down 70 years ago that night something unusual might happen. Do you guys remember what time the hotel was struck by lightning?
