[Question] Chef's Counter at Napa Rose

I just made reservations for the Chef's Counter at Napa Rose for my boyfriend's birthday on Nov. 16th! I was wondering if we have to order the 4-course menu or can we order off the menu?

Also, if you have any recommendations, that would be great! I know they change their menu regularly...anybody went there recently? How was it?

you can order off the menu, get the Vintner's Table, *or* you can let Chef Sutton cook for you. It is most definitely the best seating in the restaurant! When we sat there during the Food and Wine Festival, Chef Keegan Gerhard (from D Bar in Denver and Food Network Challenge) was sitting next to us
