[Question] How do you audition to perform as a pop group or rock band at disneyland

Heyyy. does anyone know how you can audition to be a performer on their stages as a pop group or rock band? i know people who perform there but don't know who to contact about performing. please help!!! also, want to know how to get on their list for being considered as talent in special events, etc... anything you can do to help will be gratly appreciated!!! thankyou!
