[Question] First Ride?

What was the first attraction you have ever been on at Disneyland?

Mine was Peter Pan's Flight during Magic Mornings at the Disneyland Hotel, oh man that was amazing.

Oh man, I have no idea. It was my third birthday...I'm sure it wasn't anything too hardcore.

Star Tours (not my choice). We were supposed to go on Autopia first, but we noticed that Star Tours had no line, so we got sidetracked...

wow, it was in 1962.... Probably the train around the Park as it would have been the first ride we came to!

My first was Snow White's Scary Adventures. A lot of people shun this attraction, and that saddens me. It will always be dear to my heart, and it really is underrated.

The year was 1979.

We had flown to California from Ohio. I was in the 3rd Grade.

I remember waiting at rope drop, and trying to keep up with my mom & dad... my little legs just couldn't keep up! Mom was so desperate to get on It's a Small World.

By the time we got all the way back to small world, I thought my legs were going to fall off!!!

Favorite memories from that trip:

1. 25th Anniversary parade and decor
2. Adventure through Inner Space
3. Watching the Waterfalls on Rivers of America (cascade peak) from the Mark Twain
4. Pirates of the Carribbean
5. A character revue show?? at Plaza Gardens

My next trip to Disneyland after that would not be until 1987!!!

That's easy...Pirates...my dad thought that the first ride that I ride should be his favorite..needthless to say...his all time favorite ride has become mines as wel.

While hotly debated, I believe we entered the park, climbed Tarzan's treehouse, rode the train to Tommorowland and rode Autopia. Aside from the DLR, what lame first attractions

I do not remember if we got there at opening although I am pretty sure as my Dad was an early riser and pretty organized.
Got our ticket books and went to the Matterhorn as we knew the line would get long.
I was 8 years old and mighty impressed with the ride.
I don't rememeber which side we rode but I think it was the Tomorrowland side.

I can't remember mine. But I do remember my daughter's and son's.

Alyssa was 3 1/2 and rode Goofy's Go Coaster and LOVED it. That trip she was tall enough to ride Space Mountain and BTMRR and loved them too. She is a ride junky!

Charles was 8 months and rode Pirates of the Caribbean. He couldn't ride Space or BTMRR until our last trip a few weeks ago. He is just like my daughter which is great. Since our family can ride a lot of the rides all together.

It was a long time ago, and I was very young, but I know it was King Arthur Carrousel.

It is a good ride, but the abrupt ending is disappointing to many.
