[Question] Disney dollars accepted at ODV?

I was having trouble finding this answer on the Disneyland website, but I knew someone here would know!! Can Disney dollars be used at the Outdoor vending carts, i.e. churros, popcorn, corndogs? Thanks all!

When I forget to bring cash..I just go to City Hall and use my Visa Check card to get out Disney Dollars to spend...no atm fees and if I keep my receipt, I can return what I don't use. The only reason I would ever need cash (or Disney Dollars) is for the ODV carts... When you use the Disney Dollars, you will get your change in cash.

Disney Dollars also work great as a free Disney Cash Advance on any Credit Card! Plus, since they work just about everywhere - there's never a problem with cashing them in.

I just wish they came in $20s.
