Christmas at Disneyland is about to make its debut on Friday and with it will come the return of Disney's signature parades! I'm super excited! There's something to really Celebrate about, since you know, we're celebrating through 2010 now .

if it's still at DLR why can't they just use that... Disney was planning to have it this year back in Feb.

ACF is going to be the first official parade I've seen in Disneyland itself since June 2007. :/

Incidentally, it's also going to be the first time I've seen ACF!

Darn, I just checked the entertainment schedule because this thread got me curious, and neither Celebrate! nor The Electrical Parade will be joining the rest of the holiday offerings this season. But that's ok! We've still got A Christmas Fantasy Parade, the Showboat Jubilee, the Pixar Play Parade, Fantasmic!, Believe... in Holiday Magic, Aladdin, the Billy Hills, and so on and so forth......There's always something to be excited about!

They've demolished Parade of Dreams? I thought it was going to be moved to Florida? Those floats could have been refurbished and used in many different incarnations. Such a waste.

Well I hear that Disney has kept the Belle and Beast float and that next Christmas there going to use that float for the Prince and Princess float so that's one float that still around. But anyways it's good to hear that we get a real parade back it's about time we had something to Celebrate. Now I can have a better time at Disneyland with better parade music then what was there.

Does anyone know if the Christmas Parade is running the same directions as the celebrate parade? i.e. the first parade of the day goes from small world to main st and the afternoon parade goes from main street to small world? thx

Yup! They are using the FULL PARADE ROUTE, including Town Square!
