The Plaza Inn mashed potatoes have alternated a couple of times in the last few years between real potatoes and instant. When we were there last week (11/1), they had switched back to instant, which is disappointing. They used instant for awhile a year or so ago and eventually went back to real potatoes. The difference is obvious. I am hoping the switch last week was temporary. They were out of biscuits as well and were serving dinner rolls... no comparison.I want you to know, nobody cares more about your stupid problems than I do!Comment

i always replace my veggies with another serving of mashed potatoes.. and then request all legs for the fried chicken. talk about unhealthy. but God musn't judge when i'm at Disneyland! haha.

add cream butter and mash and mix well
add salt and light pepper
add some cream of mushroom soup gravy
