[Question] How Crowded is Disneyland Today?

Sure there is the When Will It Be Busy at Disneyland thread, but that is one that tries to predict. Hopefully this one will have reports of how the crowds are for the day. If you choose to partake and help inform the masses, feel free to describe the crowds and maybe even interject some wait times.

if u have an ipod/iphone you can get an app that is free that shows the wait times for most the rides.
it's a normal day it seems

First to answer the question. Its about the same as yesterday as verified by a certain person who just left. At this time yesterday it wasn't too bad. (exact count not available) There was a lot of people watching the castle lighting show but overall, it didn't seem "too crowded" to me...

as far a wait time, I couldn't tell you.

Verizon has a phone app: Its not free - Its' 9.99 per 180 days, but it doesn't work on all phones.

This application is supposed to give you wait times in real time on your phone. I think this is what you really need!

I used the MouseWait app for iPhone all day yesterday and it worked great. They have a live chat on there too.

Thanks all. i have the free app, but still wasn't sure i could trust it because of it's dependency on user participation.

Seems like the cm's at the wait time both would be the best people to get the "Disneyland Wait Time" twitter going and accurate.

The main reason i started this thread was more to get our perspectives on the crowds. i figured throwing in a couple of wait times helps flesh out the description a bit more.

I got to the park at about 8:30.

Crowd levels were nil, and most of the rides I went on were walk-ons or less than 10 mins wait. It was that way for Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, and a few of the big rides on CA Adventures.

The one exception was Toy Story Midway -- geez louise. 40 minutes. Having never been on that ride, I'm pleased to say that it was worth the wait. Though the new friends I made waiting in line certainly helped.

for a Saturday it was pretty dead at the park today. We were suprized.

Yesterday was amazing. We spent 9 hours in Disneyland and it was so lovely. Minimal weight times for everything, my 2 girls were in the new Tiana show and we found great curb seats for the 3:30 parade at 3:10. No problems.

I am a CM at IJA today until I left at 3:00 there wasnever a wait longer than 45 min. pretty slow for a Sunday...

I'm going to guess it's fairly crowded today. Probably not at capacity since every pass that has block out dates is blocked, but still crowded.

i have that small hope that the blackouts and last weekend of Christmas shopping might turn up a "you know, not so bad today" response. So, if expert testimony is out there, please cough it up.

I'm going to guess it's fairly crowded today. Probably not at capacity since every pass that has block out dates is blocked, but still crowded.

I don't think Deluxe APs are blocked until the 24th this year.

im not goin to the parks soon but i can predict the crowds being pretty large because its the holiday season and everyone is out of skool

Don't know about the rest of the park,but main st was packed this morning.And for the first time ever, I saw them selling tickets at the turnstiles since the ticket booths were overflowing! I only stayed about an hour.

I got to Disneyland today at around 1:30, and Space Mountain was about 50 minutes long, and ToT was about 45 minutes, so it wasn't that bad.
