To get picked for Tiana's Showboat Jubilee, the best idea would be to be near the Mark Twain dock probably a half an hour before. Someone who has been picked might want to confirm that though.

they pick everyone in the morning. I was there at 11am and I got the third show. The best thing is get to the dock as early as possible and find someone who is working the show. Each actor can only give out 5 tix per show so if your parties larger you might want to find to actors.

They are usually found near Pirates around 10:30 or 10:45. Just look for the large feathers and shiny costumes,
