[Question] Disney sketch characters

Hello,
I didn't know where I should post this. But I have a question about sketching characters.

On Monday I went to Disneyland and spent most of the day in California Adventure. I like going to the Disney Animation building. Like drawing and learing new charaters.

My question Is Does anyone know a site where I could learn the same steps they do in the disney animation to create the charaters on a sketch board?

This would be a new hobbie of mine . Hope someone to point me in the right way.
