[Question] What is the longest and the shortest ride at DLR?

Ok, I DO NOT mean which ride FEELS the longest (like iasw...).

Which ride takes the longest amount of time to ride and which ride takes the shortest time?

I used to think Pirates was the longest, but I am not sure any longer. And Peter Pan seems to be over as soon as you settle into your pirate ship.

My guess would be Disneyland Railroad, one complete trip about 18 minutes. Pirates about 15 minutes. Gadget's Go Coaster for shortest at less than 1 minute. Just guesses though.

Pirates and IASW are a solid 18 minutes or so, but DLR is lengthy as well.

And shortest, not positive, but I'd have to settle for Mad Tea Party, a good minute long spin is the mild duration. Dumbo is the same in that respect.

Shortest WITHOUT ANY DOUBT Go Coaster (So short it's the only ride at Disneyland with one vehicle!)

Longest is like it's already been said the train or Pirates. Does the Aladdin show count??

How about Mark Twain Riverboat? If not, then I would say Pirates.

According to the Unofficial Disneyland Encyclopedia, the shortest is Gadget's Go Coaster and the longest is the DLRR.

i remember the last time i ever rode the go coaster, i counted how long the ride was, and it was like 30-45 seconds.

Not counting the DLRR, you spend the most time on the Subs.

LOL! Last time we rode the canoes, I think there was only about 4 of us actually paddling. It did take forever. The front guide spent most of her time standing facing us yelling at us to get moving. I had wanted to do some fact-finding for my next book, but she was glaring at us, so I just paddled!

According to the Disneyland Encyclopedia the longest is Pirates at 16 minutes (can be more due to boat traffic) and the shortest is Gadget's Go Coaster which is 30 seconds.

I would agree with this. Pirates can easily exceed 17 or 18 minutes depending on how many flume pumps are inoperative. The big boats run about 15 minute trips, and the DLRR can take 20 minutes roundtrip, but that's with station stops included.

DLRR is definitely the longest - ranges from 18 to 20 minutes in my experience, and I love that it's not the same every time. Pirates clocks in at 17 minutes, and it feels like about 5 minutes 'cuz it's so fun!
