[Question] Crowds in Late Nov/Early December

I plan to go between 11/30 and 12/12.. how bad are the crowds during the weeks before the 2 weeks vacation/AP blockout?

Also...how do you reach the dropoff areas in DTD if youre not parking in the main mickey lot?

Bumping this because i need the info.. i never been to the holidays at disney and dont know if crowds will be worse before or during the 2 week break

There is usually a lot less people after the kids are supposed to be back in school. The first week in December if my favorite time to go. I know you are talking about Disneyland, but when I went to WDW ione December I took a picture down Main Street and there was only about 8 people in the picture!

I'm not sure what you mean about where the trams drop off. The drop-off site is near the Security entrance that opens into the Esplanade and ticket booths and main entries to both parks. If you are staying in one of the resort hotels, you walk either to the Monorail station, or down Downtown Disney avenue. If you are in one of the hotels like on Harbor Blvd, you can walk across the street, or use their transportation to come into drop-offs at Disneyland next to the Harbor Blvd entrance.

If i decide to get dropped at one of the hotels (Paradise, Disneyland hotel) ..would i be able to take the tram or monorail to the park?

They do not have a tram from either hotel. However, you can take the monorail from DTD. It is a short walk from the Disneyland Hotel.

Yes just through the main tower ehre you check in and go out the sliding doors and make a left. You can't miss it.

now would it be easier to go to the monorail into DL if you're coming from the other side of the resort? (ex: where all the shuttles are)

or would it just be easier to enter through the main gate?
