[Question] April ticket, food and wine, and fun question!

Hello fellow disney-lovers Hope you all are doing well and enjoying lots of holiday time at the parks.

I am going in April; and I know last year they had a SoCal resident special (2 day park hopper for $99!) Does anyone know if they will have this again in upcoming April, or any other ticket deals during April.

Also..how is the food and wine festival???

Any other fun things this April?
