Where in the park is a good place to eat breakfast? We booked one breakfast at the Plaza Inn for Minnie and friends character breakfast, but I was wondering where else in the Disneyland Park is a good place. Let me know folks, thanks!

Carnation Cafe is on Main Street.
I love Storytellers Cafe at the GCH. Yum!

Yeah, we are going to do storytellers cafe too, on the day we go into DCA, so it looks like Plaza Inn and Carnation Cafe are about it for breakfast in the DL park?Yaye!Comment

Well, the River Belle too, but as already mentioned, Carnation Cafe is tough to beat.
Be sure and make Priority Seating arrangements through Disney Dining @ 714-781-DINE, otherwise you will be waiting in a long line...
My favorite is the Croissant Benedict with Oscar's Choice a close second.

Yeah, I love the priority seating! We walk up and what you know, you get a table! Our last trip we ate every breakfast and dinner at the PCH, so we want to get a little variety this time!Yaye!Comment

I'll sceond that. Some people like Riverbelle Terrace, but my food is usually cold by the time I get to my table (it's a "buffeteria" style). The Riverbelle Terrace will sell you a 'Mark Twain' (scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon or sausage) or a 'Steamboat' (scrambled eggs, potatos and a biscuit) for under 10 dollars, and if the weather is warm the view of the Rivers of America is simply unbeatable.
They also offer a rather large fruit plate (the Aunt Polly) for about the same charge.
They also offer the famous 'Mickey Mouse pancake' for kids.

Not exactly in the park, but the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney is pretty good. You usually need to make a reservation if you're eating before DL opens.
The food is OK, kinda spendy, but the atmosphere is fantastic. If you've never been ask for a table near the gorilla. Or better yet, watch the people who sit right next to it.

I love breakfast at the parks and go as often as I can. I would definitely recommend Riverbelle, as I love having the freshly cooked pancakes made right in front of you. And all the other breakfast foods are good too. Then being able to sit out on the patio is nice, as that side of the park is usually really quiet in the mornings (oh, and a nice view of HM
)
I also really enjoy Carnation, and many of the suggestions so far about that restaurant are extraordinary. I usually go for one of the croissant makings. (and hot tea).
Outside the park, I enjoy the character dining at either Story Tellers or Goofy's Kitchen. I can't stand Storyteller's for lunch or dinner, but I really enjoy their breakfast, and Goofy's has some really entertaining (and interactive) characters along with AMAZING food.
So yup, those are my top four locations for breakfast on Disney property.
Side Note: I've never tried the breakfast at White Water, though it looks like they have a decent menu, and all their lunch food is delicious.Comment

I've only had breakfast at the River Belle Terrace. Honesty I wasn't too impressed. The food was just "okay." I'd daresay I could get better tasting breakfast at McDonald's. However, the viewpoint of the RoA was unbeatable. That much is for sure.Comment
