[Fun] What music is "Disneyland" to you?

What music makes you think of Disneyland? able to imagine yourself standing there and warming you all up?

for me it's got to be the mad tea party music. I can just imagine myself passing between Alice and Wonderland and by the kinetic tea cups. It's such a lovely and energetic area!

Too Funny Casey Jr. That was exactly what makes me think of Disneyland, the Tea Party Music with the Matterhorn racing by and the Monorail honking. Love it!

Tiki Room, definitely. But also unfortunately The Wells Fargo Wagon and Surrey with a Fringe on Top. I've speant too much time on Main Street. :shy:

I used to have several of the Disneyland Records attraction LPs, like the Story and Song from the Haunted Mansion (which I recently re-purchased on CD; hooray!), Pirates of the Caribbean, Enchanted Tiki Room, It's a Small World, Country Bear Jamboree, and America Sings. I absolutely love all of the music that originated at Disneyland in one form or another. We have the 50th Anniversary limited edition CD and listen to it virtually every day in the car - my kids love "In the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room" and the Splash Mountain ridethrough medley, plus the usual favorites (Yo Ho; GGGs).

So the answer to your question? A lot of music makes me think of Disneyland. And I'm grateful for it!!

Funny thing is, when I googled it, I learned it's in "Wall E". I have the movie in my netflix queue but I've never seen it. But I do hear the "Hello, Dolly!" version on Main Street.

Those sing along videos were my childhood. haha

I'd have to say the main street music definitely transports me whenever I listen, and so does really anything by Randy Newman. Especially Monsters Inc, for some reason.

My sister just bought that Sing-Along video at Disneyland, to relive the memories! All of those songs make me think of Disney, because they're classic, but I like Mad Tea Party too. I have that on my iPod and everytime I hear it, it takes me back.

for me,its more then music..its sights sounds and smells...how many times have you been somewhere(it dont matter where it is just some random place and get a whiff of something and say to your self..that smells like disneyland ) musicly its grin grining ghosts and the tiki room, fantasmic, and even recently i heard real gone on the radio and had a disney flash back

Those Sing-a-long songs remind me of my first trip to Disneyland. I used to watch them over and over again before I went for the first time... ahhhh the memories

For me it's any song that you hear in a ride (especially the hard to find one songs that you usually can't buy....ie: music from the queues).
And certain Christmas Songs (like the one I'm listening to.... Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer).
I'm still trying to find the version w/ Tequila in it

Mine has to be the song "Married Life" from the Up soundtrack...
when I last went to DLR thats what they were playing when you enter the park since UP just came out and tey were promoting and what not... I listen to that song atleast once a day since my last trip...pathetic? HECK NO
