Tiana's showboat Jubilee is obviously popular among park guests, and if the movie does well in Box office, do you think it is possible that the show could return for the summer?

It seems popularity can keep anything around! Even CASP!

Possibly, but with the ROA being down for so long, until mid-May, that's a LOT of time to retain the needed talent and all (unless they shuffled them around).

I think it is very possible. I hear being a chosen performer is an exellent experience, and I also been hearing people rave about the movie so far, even from critic's point of views....

I mentioned in another topic that I would love to see it return next summer. After talking to "someone" about that possibility, last Sunday, it might be possible, BUT only if box office return prove Princess and the Frog to be a major hit. It sounds more promising that Tiana will find a different more permanent place in New Orleans Square, but the ideas are just beginning to be considered. -

it would be nice it it returned and the movie is a gem. Here is in southenr California though the box office might tale a hit because of the constant rain. I went to go see it again today and the theaters were empty not only for this movie but for most of the others. This is one movie that i would not mind elements of it show up at the parks.

I;ve been to the park twice send Tiana came to Disneyland but I still haven't got the change to see her or the show and I know time is running down on to see her and the show. So I hope it comes back out in the summer. Do any of you know if Tiana and her Prince will still be out after her show goes on Jan.3rd ?

I have to say I would actually like to have this show return. The show brings a lot of people in to watch and is a pretty decent show.

i hope they would keep the show. my girlfriend and i just saw the movie tonight, its real good. i definately would not mind seeing princess and the frog being more incorporated into the park.
they should retheme the cafe orleans in new orleans square based on "tiana's place" from the movie and rename it accordingly. and have live playing jazz and a meet and greet for all the characters haha
except the blue bayou kinda already has the new orleans type food on the menu there... o well lol

Please be careful. Between this and the idea for Dr. Facilier's shop, I could see the area becoming "Tianaland at New Orleans Square" and I don't think any of us want that. :yuck:

I just got finish watching the channel 7 news and they said that The Princess and the Frog was a big box ofter hit so we could see Tiana's Showboat return next summer.

I think a Tiana restaurant done well or Eudora shop for the Princesses, plus more Mardi Gras celebrations and a return of the Jubilee for the DVD release would be great!

The Jubilee would be a welcome addition for the Summer, but I don't think it should be permanent. In my opinion, the only thing Princess-related that should stay are meet and greets with Naveen and Tiana, mainly because I do NOT want to see Tiana relegated to Fantasy Faire. And she should probably move out of the Court of Angels to the Fantasmic viewing area once the promotion is done.

I dont think anyone is saying turn NOS into Tiana land but the movie and the NOS are so closely tied I think you could do it well and add to the concept rather then transform the place! Why not add something that so clearly celebrates new orleans there!
