[Other] No Woody at the Round-up?

I am apparently the world's worst mother and did not know that Woody is no longer at the Celebration Round-up. We have reservations on the 21st for my son's 3rd birthday. He is going to be devastated!

Do you know if Woody & Buzz, or just Woody for sure show up at any of the other character meals?

Hi Something,
I see this is your first post. Welcome.
When you arrive at the park on the 21st, stop in at City Hall first and ask where you can meet Woody. The folks there have complete schedules of where and when all costumed characters will be throughout the day, and will be more than happy to help make the day special for you and your little cowpoke. Generally Woody is found on Big Thunder Trail near the 'Roundup.' It's just a matter of being there at the right time.

Tell a CM this and they may schedule Woody to be near you! I'm sure it wouldn't be too much of a hassel.

My heart always aches when a child is disappointed because a character is not where a parent has told them the character would be. I myself have been disappointed. I remember watching the parade, and expecting Jiminy Cricket to be at his usual spot on the float. The float came by, and no Jiminy. I remember how disappointed I was. I could explain it to myself, as Jiminy Cricket might have become ill. For a child, sometimes they understand and sometimes they view it as a broken promise.

I will keep good thoughts for you and your son,and that he is able to see Woody.

If you can't find them at Big Thunder Ranch, Buzz and Woody are in A Christmas Fantasy Parade, Pixar Play Parade and you can also find them on the Mark Twain towards the end of Fantasmic.

There's a show on DCA side call Draw to the Magic and WOODY is there along with Mickey and Cinderella so that a place you can fine Woody. As for Buzz other then the parade and Fantasmic he is hard to fine he is what some would say a rare character but if he is out he will be at Tomorrowland I have seen him by Star Tours shop and the ride alot but this was in the summer time. I haven't seen him send then.

Woody's always found outside of the bbq I see him on almost every trip. We go every weekend. Sometimes Jessies out with him.

I will say not to go to City Hall, go to the Wait Board instead!

No lines, and they can call the same phone number and ask where any character is scheduled to be that day.

The Wait Board is located in the Central Plaza, near the Plaza Pavillion.

I find that if you go first thing in the morning, the info kiosk is not yet staffed while City Hall is open even for Magic Mornings.

yeah and then after the show they have a meet and greet with the characters, i was sooo tempted to meet cinderella, but before i knew it the line wasn't worth it (cause i preferred there be no line)
