I was wondering if anyone happened to catch the 12:30 show yesterday? I was on the boat and we weren't allowed to take pics so I was hoping somebody out there was a Micechatter and had taken pics :beg: I'm a longtime lurker, first time poster
As far as how the show was to be in, it was terrific! :yea: My friend and I were leaving the Santa area and headed towards Haunted Mansion, plotting how we'd ever get to be in the Showboat thing when we ran into one of the CMs who works in the show. She needed two people to go on the boat ASAP, talk about luck! So we got right on, got to perform with the ribbon like things first, big wooden musical notes for the second song (which were heavy!) and for the third song we got to put on gospel outfits and shake tambourines. It was super hot but super fun.
After the show was over we were invited to take pics with Louis (the alligator), Tiana, and her prince who's name escapes me (but he was amazing, totally spot on character physically and the way he acted). Before we left the boat we got mardi gras bead necklaces with the show logo and were told to wear them proudly.
Seriously, being in the show was a blast, if you get the chance, DO IT!
