I've looking at the photos of WOC effects platform and video of its testing....... and I could help but wonder if there are such photos of videos of Fantasmic's under water platform during construction that anyone could share or provide a link for?

They try to put walls up, but you can always see. Just go up into the Treehouse if you need to! I had some great shots up there last time it was drained.sigpic

Re: Fantasmic! construstion
World of Color's construction is fairly straightforward with the platform and lighting units.
For Fantasmic!'s construction, they reshaped the entire front of the island, building the stage, pits, light towers, and fountain lifts... a much larger project as a whole.

To that end I'd like the Internet community to join me in reminding the Disney company that "it all started with Walt." As you can see below we've created some T-shirts, plus a few simple graphics that you can copy and paste into your websites to let folks know how you feel.

There is a wall/partition/dam (whatever you want to call it)

Find this picture interesting
No walls while the water is drained.
Seems like they usually have the walls up until it's complete (or doesn't show the behind the "Magic")

I'm pretty sure they're replacing the old fountain heads with new ones from WOC, but any new special effects?

Re: Fantasmic! construstion
Exactly, like Tokyo DisneySea. However, HonorHunter said that TDS was a park built without the confines of the "suits." I'm sure F! would be just as beautiful if they weren't in charge in Anaheim.
We'll just have to see what the refurb brings, if anything, to the show directly.
