    News Midnight Fireworks New Years Eve at DCA!

    New Years Eve.

    Fireworks at DL at 9:25 and Midnight. Park closes at 2am

    Fireworks at midnight will be in DCA! Park closes at 1am

    Thats crazy...two fireworks shows going off at once!

    Oh yeah, Hats and horns distribution begins at 7 pm at Festival arena in Frontierland, and in Condor flats and in front of the Paradise Pier gate.

    woo hoo. thats a party!

    what do the hats and horns look like? are they anything special or just your run of the mill cheesy looking new years decorations?

          I can't believe they don't do a seperate, extra charge party for it. Haha. Too bad I won't be able to make it till the 2nd. It sounds totally fun!

            FYI, the DCA Fireworks will be best seen from Sunshine Plaza, as the "low level" fireworks will be blasted behind, and slightly left. (The "a bug's land" restroom roof).

            As for Disneyland, the 9:25 show will be the Traditional Christmas Fireworks. The Midnight show is basically about 3 to 4 minutes of "big booms" to match up with the countdown.

                well that sound much better than what Los Angeles county did for the 2000 countdown. Man was that depressing seeing the Hollywood sign being lit up with flodlights compared to every other city in the world having massive celebrations.

                  Very Basic attire. The firework show is outstanding!
