That PeopleMover video made me want to cry. How Disneyland has changed for the worst in some ways. Yeah, the subs are back, but with sparsely-themed three-hour queue lines. Captain EO is coming back, but without some effects that really made it great back then. And the Skyway is gone, and the Rocket Jets are now on the ground and overall Tomorowland is a giant bottleneck now. I think the loss of PeopleMover itself is the greatest upset. Too bad the Rocket Rods screwed up the track so bad that it is no longer a cheap, viable option to ease the escalating crowd problem. If that didn't occur, I'm sure we would be enjoying a less clogged park if we had another high-capacity attraction that keeps people on a ride for a soothing ten-minutes, look what a job Pirates does!...

One that takes at least oh I dont know 30 mins to ride and entertain at once

Well, the subs should've done that. After all the ride is 15 minutes long. Too bad the ride has incredibly low-capacity. The People Mover is (or at least was) a people eater. IIRC it had an even higher capacity than Pirates, and the ride lasted equally as long...

so i showed my brother the peoplemover video, thinking he wouldn't enjoy it cause he's all about thrill and action and sports, but no he actually liked it. i was quite surprised!

What a blast from the past! Just watching America Sings reminded me of going to DL with my grandparents, they always wanted to watch the show to get out of the heat in the summer. I loved it when the Skyway went through Matterhorn mountain and you could hear the Abominable Snowman!

That old Movie is very clear.
