Interesting since Corpse Bride is in no way associated with Disney.
You can think I'm wrong, but that's no reason to quit thinking.

Maybe Burton had all the legal rights to the "Corpse Bride" film and decided to do some business with Disney.

I just think it's odd that they're selling CB stuff when it wasn't even produced by Disney. It's odd is all... hmmmm.

I'm actually one of the few people that liked CB better than night before Christmas. Don't ask me why, but I guess I just liked "her". I actually even have a tee w/ "Some things just weren't ment to be" on it & her image, but I had to buy mine at the local "Hot Topic"...hehe... That was funny... me in my pink shiny top & a skirt in hot topic. It was pretty darn great

I'm surprised they didn't make new Nightmare before Christmas T-Shirts with Chicken Little. Oops. If Disney is reading this forget I said it.

Corpse Bride was a good movie, but it won't have the cult following like Nightmare did so don't expect a new overlay. the fact that Warner Brothers consented to the selling of the merchandise surprises me, but I guess Tim Burton has major power over the studio for who he is.

Actually, I'm not surprised that Warner Bros. let Disneyland in this case act as a retailer. They both probably figured that the Nightmare crowd might want to buy Corpse Bride apparel, so it's a win/win situation. Warner Bros. has one more place where they can make money, and Disneyland has a product that they think they can sell and make money. I know some people keep talking about why don't they have a Corpse Bride overlay, but having an overlay and just selling merchandise is a totally different thing. Heck, Disneyland sells Roxy apparel, and they don't own Roxy either.

they also sell quicksilver. I bought quicksilver jacket last weekend and got some really odd looks when i said, "I love this jacket. There's no disneyland stuff on it."....*note to self - think beofre speaking*...but I have so many DL jackets....there are times when I do not want a DL animated charater on my jackets...LOL

As far as corpse bride stuff on sell in DL...it'd a good idea....I could even see using her in the attic of the HM....LOL...it wouldn't have to be a special overlay. It couldbe the NEW HM.......j/k
