Got to be a tie between New Orleans Square and Main Steet. I love Dixieland jazz, but the pieces being played on Main Street have such an unabashedly "Disney" sound to them that you can't help but enjoy them.
I love the Main Street songs "Fortuosity" and "Let's Have a Drink on It"
they both really fit perfectly into that era. (both songs are from The Happiest Millionaire)
Critter Country's a mess ev'r since the Country Bears were kicked out. Ya can't cover pooh with honey and 'spect people ta like it.

Life for Me!~ ~ ~Melvin, Buff, and Max!!!~~~~ Dump the Dream Suite!
I love Main Street music, especially the "Oklahoma" medley.
A quick note on a small thing, but it's a wonderful example of how differenly the current TDA managers think vs. the Pressler/Harris regime. I always thought the tram/bus loading area between Harbor Blvd and the Esplanade was pretty boring. I remember thinking, "They should pipe in the music from the esplanade over in this area. It would lend some energy to the area and remind people right away that they've entered the resort."
Lo and behold, on my last trip in September I noticed they were indeed playing music in this area. Again, a small thing, but those little details make all the difference, don't they?
Is this just for the lands or can it be attractions; because my favorite background music of all is the Splash Mountain queue area. When waiting in line they play a lot of songs from Song of the South and I love listening to it. I've noticed that they've turned the volume up recently so I can actually hear it clearly rather than trying to hear it over hundreds of other voices in line.
Every land's music is wonderful, I don't think I could pick one as my favorite. But since no one else has mentioned it, I'm very fond of the Toon Town background music, even if I don't get back to Toon Town very often. I love all the old cartoon themes.
Knowledge is power and knowing is half the battle. (LOVE LIVE CAPTAIN MIKEY!)
The old PeopleMover music. Cheesy, yes, but fun! I would say Main Street music comes in second, as it is the first thing (Welcome!) and last thing (Oh, no! You're leaving) you hear in the park.
Frontierland! I'm a sucker for western movie themes... and how cool is it that they play the Blazing Saddles theme in Disneyland?
"I don't need intelligent drugs because I don't know what they are. But I will put anything into my mouth that is given to me, whether it's supposed to go there or not. Because... I'm different."
For a long time, I loved the Main Street Music. It made the ambience, and I couldn't get enough of it.
Until this last time I was down, where I spent about 2½ hours or so on the Main St Railroad platform staking out my space for Remember. I have decided there's only so many times you can listen through that loop before it starts to try to turn your brain into tater tots...
Painted Windows....
