Wow, I've never heard of a partial day ticket! I know other parks have discounts after 4pm or something, but I've never heard of this from Disneyland.

Check with Disney Desk CMs near the convention center (like in the hotel nearest). I believe you can buy a twilight ticket, but only from them. Can't do it at the front gate.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

There is also a one hour shopping pass available. If you don't come back in an hour, you are charge a full days admission.

My mom had to go to a conference at the convention center back in May, and she was able to buy a twilight ticket from the ticket booth there, so yes, they are still available. I dunno where at the park you could get them though :-\

How much do they run? Where exactly can you get them?

Was curious for over Thanksgiving weekend since the Wolfette is blocked on Friday & Saturday, we are staying at the GCH and might want to go over in the evening to the Park. Of course they would have to be cheaper then buying a block out AP entrance ticket to be worth it to us.

Where do you get the shopping pass? I remember something about this, but thought it was 2 hours.

I don't know- call guest services and they can tell you more about it. I imagine it would be available at a ticket booth, but I would call to be sure.

They are not available at the park. Only from Disney Desks.

Where are Disney Desks located? In the Disneyland Hotels? Where abouts? Any idea of cost?

Disney Desks are located in area hotels. The Hilton and I think the Marriott, for starters. Those are your best bets for Twilight tickets, since they're designed for convention-goers. There is or will be (I'm guessing IS, by now) a Disney desk at South Coast Plaza, but I doubt you'll be able to get twilight tix there. They're also apparently going to be putting Disney desks at LAX and SNA, or at least they planned to at one time.

I'm pretty sure you can get these at the guest relations booth
on the west end of the esplanade - just outside the security
tents! My friend gets these all the time now,
(she's pregnant and cannot ride anything... so for her Disney "fix"
she does this instead!) I'm fairly sure she gets them there!
