  • News Podcast with new interviews / Harriet Burns, Rolly Crump, Blaine Gibson, and Bob Gurr

I just finished a podcast that has new interviews with Bob Gurr, Rolly Crump, and Blaine Gibson. Also, excerpt from an older interview (never aired) with Harriet Burns. It was my intention to create a program that would both discuss the life of Harriet Burns (who recently passed on) and also explore the WED model shop. The episode presents some new stories that illustrate exactly how the model shop worked during Walt's lifetime.

I'm not posting a link to another website. This link contains only the episode--no artwork, no ads, no competing discussion board. I'm pretty pleased with this episode, as it brings out the humanity and camaraderie and compassion of some original WED designers. I think some people here will enjoy it.

You can listen to this episode on the linked blank page. You can also download it as well. To be fair, if you found the episode here, please discuss it on Micechat as well.

I see the link, but what's the name of your podcast? Disneyland Tour?

Oh I hear it in the intro... Window to the Magic. Helpful though in case anyone wants to subscribe.
