RIP to OG Star Tours and Glow Fest. Glow Fest had a lot of haters but it was obviously very successful. I was there every Sunday since it started and had a great time every time. I can't complain about its replacement, (a dance party based on the sequel to one of my favorite movies of all time) but I doubt it will recapture what made Glow Fest so great and successful. I will miss the orange gogo dancer

I was like "awwwwwww" and "I'm gonna miss that!"

And then I saw the Murphy video there and I laughed

The more I think about Glowfest the more I think Disney needs to bring the Pleasure Island concept to Downtown Disney in CA. A couple night clubs might be real popular. Throw in an Adventurers Club and BAM, success.

I'll miss the MaliBOOMer, even though I only rode it a couple of times. The implosion was fun to watch though:

JK, everyone! I just took a (crooked) pic of it with the WoC flames in front.

I'm not counting this into the "dearly departed" category just yet! Until someone posts a report that the falls have been disassembled ... I'm still holding onto a wee bit of hope they change their minds.

So as it currently stands ........ the falls are still there. Just behind construction walls.

Dear Peoplemover Fans, If you want to see a new attraction that at least mimics the 1967 Peoplemover in a future Tomorrowland remodel, you need to write to the powers-that-be, and let them know. If you don't - Then the next time Tomorrowland is remodeled, you will see a land barren of any "Peoplemover" type attraction.

I agree 100%... The "Pink" dancer was the most fun to watch. Constantly on beat with many unique moves. When she had a group following her she modified her moves to fit the people dancing. When solo on a high small stand she would do several amazing moves, triple spin into another move exactly on the beat, etc.

Kids would line up for her autograph as if she were Minnie Mouse.
