  • [Pictures] Main Street Halloween Window Displays

A few selected windows that are decorated in the spirit of Halloween, but void of saturated Disney/Mickey merch. A nice authentic touch It was started by CM Shawna Tice-Miles. She is still the lead designer of them. She now has a crew that helps her. You can read about her in the OCregister Arcticle. Here is a recent 2010 article with more photos of her and her crew working on the windows.

OK, I'll let this one slide...

Thanks for those great shots, OP! I'll be headed down there this morning as the kids are back in school and I have the day off. I'm anxious to see how much both parks have changed in just a few short weeks with all the refurbs and such...and to see how Halloweentime preparations are coming along.

Are those shots HDR? The detail in each shot is amazing.

Thanks! Yes they are. 3 shots, handheld. This actually might be my first HDR shots I've ever shown come to think of it on the net. I've been doing it for about 4 years now. I don't do the surreal look tho which is more common. Not really my taste.

How do you get such clear shots through the glass? Do you shot those at night, when they are well lit and you don't have to worry about daylight glare and using a polarizing lens?
