  • [Idea] New ride idea for DCA after 2012

The new ride would replace RCCT and would open 5-7 years after Carsland opens. The ride would have mining theme. the Mine/show building would be fully theme on the out side all the way around so GCH guests do not have to look at a ugly show building. Ok here is the story the country bears have lost Teddy and they ask every body to help find him by looking in the mine. the ride would only be 30 feet tall because the GCH will be right behind it so the ride would have a 20-25 feet basement making the ride about 50 feet it would be pretty much be a roller coaster inside the the mine. the ride would have 3-4 acts. When the mine cart/ride vehicle go's to the top of the first hill it takes you straight to the top like a elevator but the walls around you make it feel like your going down deeper in to the mine. each time the lift takes you to the top the walls around that make it feel like you are going even deeper in the mine this is also when the country bears talk to you along the adventure. the ride should fit in the area because the ride track can go over it self 2-3 times because your in a tunnel and can not see the rest of the track or other ride vehicles. The ride will about 2 minutes long 1 minute for the roller coaster part and 1 minute when your on the lifts seeing and hearing the Country bears as a added bonus this ride would not have close during the WOC. I was also thinking some of or all the redwoods could be planted around the ride and even plant smaller trees on top of the mine/show building. I do not have a name for the ride.

    what do you thing?

Give me some time to figure out what RCCT stands for first.

I love your idea. Anything to replace that wasted space! Just that Country Bear thing is a little "iffy" for me.
