Disney is saying the 28th too, on the blog, and the sign outside the cellar. Cast publications and the online calendar still say it opens on the 27th however (and i'm pretty sure that's the correct date). Al said it would open tomorrow as well:

Editor's Note 1/26: On Thursday the Disneyland publicity machine kicks into high gear to debut the new Memories campaign projection show on the Small World facade that starts this weekend. Next door at DCA they'll open a refreshed exhibit in the Blue Sky Cellar, with lots of new artwork and info on the Mermaid ride. (It's clocking in at just under six minutes in length now.) There will be plenty to pour over in the new exhibit for Mermaid fans. Sketches of the new Disney Theater coming this spring as the replacement of Playhouse Disney are also planned, as well as some tantalizing glimpses at Phase Two of DCA's Hollywood area remake. - Al Lutz

Looks good Andy. I'll keep an eye out for any new details or opening dates when the Blue Sky Cellar reopens this weekend.

Awesome. All that info and its all up to date and accurate. I think the Maliboomer Park is supposed to say Summer 2011, but thats it!
