  • [Fun] Which Ride Are You Anticipating the Most for 2012?

Which ride are you Anticipating the most and why?

For me, it would be Transformers since the ride is to use next-gen Spider-man technology. Not only that, but it's supposed to have stunning 3D imagery that should blend in very well with the physical effects, "stunning robotics", and an elevator system that I don't think has been pulled off before for a dark ride.

Definitely the ride in Cars Land at DCA. I'm excited for a west-coast version of WDW's "Test-Track"!!!

        Radiator Springs of course!!

I went on Manta at Seaworld in Florida, and it was absolutely naseating. SM makes me dizzy, but Manta had me sitting on the ground trying to hold my dinner down.

Transformers. Easily. WAY better than that snooze fest Cars, as a movie anyway. Radiator Springs may be a cool ride but I'm willing to bet my money that Transformers will be way more exciting. Theme + excitement trumps just theme any day!

I'm looking forward to Carsland as a whole. That's the kind of immersion desperately needed in DCA right now. That along with BVS are going to completely transform the park into something worthy of the Disney name.

Definitely RSR! The use of immersion and detail for this attraction should be immense!

And I hate the Transformers movies. The first one was okay, but I was absolutely put to sleep by the 2nd one.

Cars Land attractions. I'm just hoping not many are dizzy enducing rides.
I am old. But still love Disneyland.

The Manta they are putting in Seaworld SD is nothing like the Florida one. It's not even a flight coaster.

Radiator Springs Racers definitely win for me. I don't know much about this ride and steer away from the spoilers, so looking at how massive the rockwork is alone built up my excitement way more than the other two rides.

After seeing some of the animatronics for Radiator Springs Racers. I am absolutely stoked for it!

I have and always will be a die-hard Transformers collector/fan. My vote goes for Transformers. I (any many of my friends) was never a fan of Cars. Which leads me to believe that Transformers will be a bigger hit than Carsland. It's got a die-hard fan base (like WWOHP), a hugely successful product AND franchise, it's going to be a mega attraction on budget of Forbidden Journey. Giant Robots are just plain awesome, in any shape or form. Carsland will help increase attendance at DCA, but Transformers will be a total game changer for Universal Studios Hollywood.

I would say Carsland since its a whole land over (and I love Desert themes) it will be one of my favorite lands at the Resort (even if I'm no fan of the movie) Transformers I'm sure will be fun and heck I'll love the no lines it will have during the off season at Universal but I would say the Racers just look too much fun not to be excited about.
                            Happy Halloween!!!

I had to go with the world ending answer. But should we somehow survive, I have to say Transformers is better. I just don't like the Cars movie(s). It wasn't a very good movie, doesn't deserve a sequel, certainly not it's own section of DCA. Pixar could have done much better.

                              In my opinion, at least.
