2017 is a year of renewal for us, we have lots of exciting changes on the way for you, but we don't have time to deal with trolls and spammers. If you find yourself suspended and need to plead your case, you will need to do so after your suspension. We are happy to address your concerns if you made a simple mistake. However, please note that those with a history of bad behavior and pushing our rules to the limit will not be given the courtesy of a reply.

MiceChat offers a number of ways for you to communicate and get involved. We offer Facebook Groups and Pages, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

  • [Question] Ticket Upgrade Question

    I know this a silly question. I'm on hold with Disney to see if they can answer, but I bet I get a faster answer here....

    My mom who lives in Southern Cal purchased 2 Day Hoppers for $109 for my family. We are now thinking of upgrading them to 3 Day Hoppers.

    Can we do that?
    How do we do that?
    Does my mom need to be with since she purchased the tickets? (we have the receipt).

    If you phrase it, "Hey, I wanna give you some more money" I don't think they'll say no, specially if you haven't used any of the days yet.

      I got an answer from the call center. It was good news bad news thing.

      They told me that the 2 Day Hopper had to be used before yesterday... (Online stuff said had to be PUCHASED before April 14 but didn't say first used before the 14th..)

      But the CM did say that we can upgrade them to a "normal" 2 Day Hoppers or 3 Day Hoppers. She did take my name to put on on the "exception list" and we will get the internet price instead of paying the full box office price. I didn't know we could do that...

        Oh yeah, I now remember that April 14th thing on the SoCal Park hoppers.... that was one of the reasons I just upped to the AP I got.

        Good that they worked with ya though.
