  • [Question] I need help deciding on a character breakfast.

I have never done a character breakfast, but I am so excited to take my son! I was looking at the descriptions and trying to decide which one to do. My initial thought was Goofy's Kitchen. Which one is better/has more characters?

Goofy's kitchen is the best for a balance of good food and characters with distractions.
In the past Goofy would have a time of dance, and some times he would have the younger kids band plastic pans together along with the music. Good food and great times.
The Plaza inn has decent food and more characters. Some of the harder to find characters have shown up there.
Story tellers cafe had the best food and a hand full of woodland characters.
Good luck and have a great time.

In my opinion, Storytellers has the least amount of characters. Usually Chip & Dale, some of the bears from Brother Bear and that's about it. I haven't been to the Plaza Inn in a few years, but they had a decent amount of characters. I think Goofy's Kitchen is the best. They have a good variety of characters and dancing for kids the the previous poster mentioned. One of the things my kids liked was that the characters came to your table and interacted with you...I can't remember if they did that at Plaza Inn.

I personally think that Ariels Grotto and the Plaza Inn have the best food, however I think that Goofys Kitchen is the best for characters/

              Disneyland Character Dining

I just googled character breakfasts at Disneyland, and found some really good information at the above link.

The last time that I was at Disneyland, I ate breakfast at the Plaza Inn, and I really enjoyed the variety of characters that were there. The food was yummy as well. They also take your picture when you first arrive, and offer you a picture package later on during your meal.

The new breakfast at the PCH Grill at the Paradise Pier Hotel looks nice as well. It's a great way to meet Mickey.

Seems you have made up your mind, but I'll throw my 2 cents in behind your decision and back you on Goofy's. We had a blast there. Well, I did until Goofy came and proposed to my wife. And then every time I ran into him there for the rest of our meal he would pat me on the head and shake his head sadly. It was awesome. And you should have seen the reaction we got from Snow White when we offered her a fresh red apple.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

I agree with the majority and say Goofy's Kitchen. The variety of characters you get there is too good to pass up and the variety is better than any other Character Breakfast. As mycroft's example pointed out you can have anywhere between Goofy to Snow White being there.
