Any group from this board going to DL saturday for the Tiki room re-opening?

Well, I appreciate all those that said they'll be around and would welcome me, but I plan to be at the park earlier than I had originally thought (9am-2pm). Maybe another time.

The Cove Bar is located at DCA, above the Ariel's Grotto restaurant in the Paradise Pier area.

We plan to be there about 3 to 6 PM, so we should head over around 6 PM, maybe a bit later....

Yeah, MouseAdventure put a crimp into long-standing plans for a Tiki re-opening meet. Too hectic a weekend for that now.

One of the Enchanted birdies told me that some folks have postponed their Tiki revival meet for a week because of the event conflict.

Please forgive me for not knowing, but I simply don't. What the heck is MouseAdventure and everything. Thanks.

P.S. I'd love to meet you and see my Tiki friends again, but I'm too far away. By the way I had a dream, no a nightmare that in the refirb in order to attract younger guests into the park and Tiki room they switched it to the Disneymania version with Hilary Duff singing. You know where she sings, "In the ticki, ticki, ticki room" because she can't say "Tiki" fast enough. Ick! Isn't that scary??

The Tiki Room is one of my (if not THE) favorite attractions at Disneyland. I can't be there on Saturday, but I do plan on being there on Sunday. I can't wait!

I will be there, I love meeting new people. Maybe my Evil friend and I can meet up with you at the park.

I know a lot of folks will be at the Cove Bar from about 3 to 6 PM on Saturday, and you are more than welcome to attend.... And then get us to head to the Tiki Room...

(The Mouse Adventure folks have a picnic thing from about 12:30 to 2:30 PM in the Picnic area, then the plan is to go to the Cove Bar.. but after that... the Tiki Room sounds great... (Some of us need to get back to Knott's by about 9 PM or so for Winter Solace...)

Heading to DL Friday night for my birthday dinner at BB, don't think we'll make it Saturday, but plenty of meets going on this weedend, great people, try to meet up with them.

I think a group will be headed from the Cove Bar to the Tiki Room Saturday night when we finish around 6 PM...

And Sunday, after the MouseAdventure awards ceremony, I think a large group will be heading to the Tiki Room
