  • [Question] Main Gate pass and Spouse

Fiance has a Premium pass and with the new Ap prices there is no way we can afford to renew his. When he is added to my Main Gate pass does that take away from sign-ins if it is just him and I? Please and Thank you! I have heard yes and I have heard no, so if some one knows the definite answer that would be great.

Your sign in pass has 16 signs per year.

    That doesn't change.

About Spouse and CM, I have a question for current CM with any main gate pass :

The pass number writes behind, is it the same on the both passes (regular and spouse) ?

What do you mean by "1 pass" ? The same pass number as they were only 1 pass or that it's the same pass for cast member and spouse ?

          Thank you for your answered.

              Ok.

Is it write "S" somewhere behind ?
Is it commun for all CM and their spouse in DLR to have the same pass ?
Only the name of the cast member is write on it ?

Do you know why certains CM and their Spouse have two different main gate pass ? Sometimes with the same number, sometimes with different ? Because I don't understand this, but maybe it's depend the department of the TWDC...

I try to understand for professional reason, once again thank you for your answered.

I think you might be thinking of a Silver Pass, which is different. Those are for higher up CM's and their spouses get their own. I'm not sure about numbers though.

On our pass, it has both of our names typed on it.

It also tells how many guests we can admit with it at one sign in.

Re: Main Gate pass and Spouse

Thank you Druggas and ClubDisCM for your answers.

I didn't know that "Blue Main Gate Pass" and "Silver Pass" don't have the same procedures.

So, if someone knows why certains CM and their Spouse have two different Silver Pass ? Sometimes with the same number, sometimes with a different number ? Because we don't understand that in Disneyland Paris.

maybe the BOTH work for Disney? Maybe one is from the Studio, and one if from the Parks?
Maybe they lost the card and were issued a second one - and then found the first lost card?

My wife was issued a card 3 years ago and has never received another one since. My name is on it and we share it same as druggas described.

Thank you CMHusband, I thought it was something like this. In particular, both work for Disney.

Furthermore adding him only means that he can be the chaperon at the parks and qualify for the discount in your absence. I don't think you get you and him PLUS 3 guests. You get one or the other as the chaperon, one as a guest (if you are together) and then two guests. I'm not completely sure, though. Personally, I think the thing is a little more complicated than it needs to be, but I realize that's due to the government and tax reasons, and not specifically because of Disney.

It's actually "Cars Land", not "Carsland".
